Attendance

Summative Assessments and final examinations are an important part of the educational process. As such it is the expectation of the school that all students write their exams during the examination schedule as laid out by administration. Many culminating tasks occur through-out the last month of each semester and students should not be absent in January or June.
A student who is unable to complete a summative test or examination must present a doctor’s note to excuse his/her absence. The final mark will be the determination of the teacher in consultation with administration.
Vacations should not be booked during January or June or during the following exam times.

Exam Schedule:

Gymnasium and library will be open all day

Buses will run on their regular schedule throughout the exam week

Cafeteria services will be closed Tuesday Jan 24 - Monday Jan 30

If buses are cancelled due to inclement weather, each subsequent exam will be delayed by one day

Tuesday January 31 - PA Day

Semester 2 begins Wednesday February 1

June 21th - June 27th
