Chess team and all others chess players, there is a chess tournament Friday October 19.  This Chess tournament is at A. N. Myer. Please see Miss Wheeler in the library, for a permission form to be signed up.

Chess forms must be handed in by Wednesday October 17.  Both recreational and competitive players welcome.

Attention to all those interested in skiing or snowboarding with the Niagara Region’s largest club.  There will be a mandatory meeting of all interested persons on Thursday, Oct. 11th.  Be sure to attend.  Packages will NOT be given out unless you are in attendance.  Important information will be shared at that time.

Hey cyclones, the squad needs you!  What is the squad you ask? The squad is a group here at Crossley that helps set up for events and activities around the school. Why join the squad?  

  1. Meet new people and make new friends
  2. help make the school a better place
  3. gain some volunteer hours
  4. Pizza!

If you would like to join the squad or learn more about it, come to a meeting in room 207 this Friday at lunch.  Or See Mr. Lafferty. That’s this Friday at lunch in room 207

Hello LGBTQplus community, Mr. Burton hopes all is going smoothly this semester.  He wants to welcome all to our first meeting on Thursday at lunch.  This will be held in room 303.  Timbits will be served with a smile.  Please come and join our club of equity and acceptance.  See you all soon.

Math Club will be meeting today at lunch with Mr. MacDonald in room 311.  Be there or be squared!

There will be a meeting for all girls interested in playing for the Crossley girl's hockey team on Thurs. at lunch in room 318 please attend as tryouts begin next week.

The badminton club begins this evening 6-8pm in the gym, bring a friend bring your racket and safety eye wear if you have it. 

Congratulations to the junior boy’s volleyball team. Yesterday they defeated Jean Vanier for their first win of the regular season. Good luck today against Port High. Teachers please excuse the team today at 2:00pm for their game in port.

The Senior Girls Basketball team played Jean Vanier Tuesday night and beat them 56-42. There was a great team effort both on defense and offence. Let’s keep this rolling today as we play St. Mikes at 1:15. Come out and support our lady cyclones!
