Attention to all grade 10 and 11 students who are interested in a unique enrichment experience at Brock University. Tomorrow -during MSIP- come learn about Brock University’s mentorship program firsthand from a recent participant. Students who apply and are subsequently selected as a successful candidate will perform research under the direction of a Brock University professor. And in turn will earn an IDC 4U credit, which can be used towards university admissions, plus a coop credit. This experience is fantastic for those schools that require supplementary information. Please complete the Google form in D2L to register for tomorrow’s event.
Hello cyclones! Have you heard about the sock drive student council is holding? We are trying to collect over 200 new socks to be added to a national total of socks collected and donated to shelters local to the schools where they are gathered. This is all to support the battle against homelessness. We need to count and report our number of socks this Thursday feb 20 and cyclones if we get to the 200 socks donated we are going to celebrate by having a pancake breakfast next Tuesday! So come on Crossley!!! Bring in those new socks and help us put a sock in it! Help us beat homelessness!
