If you were planning on attending the Conference called Power of Being a Girl, please note that the date has been rescheduled by the YWCA. The Conference will no longer be on this Thursday and has been rescheduled for April. Please come to Student Services to pick up the permission forms with the new date. Attention all SHSM Energy Students. We will be offering a Working at Heights Certification on Wednesday March 24th here at Crossley. This is a full day certification and is a compulsory component for the SHSM Energy program. Please see Mr Demers in room 104 to register. Limited room hurry down!
Attention to all skiers/snowboarders: Our last trip this year is tomorrow’s day ski. The bus will be leaving Crossley at 8am sharp- if you are late, you will probably miss the bus. Head directly to the loading area to load. Our bus will department Holiday Valley for 3:45pm and should return to Crossley for 5:30. Be sure to inform your parents so they are here when we arrive.
Hey cyclones - the spirit wear store will be open starting Wednesday of this week and every day following until March break - why? So, you can purchase spirit wear and so that you can get sizing for our Crossley joggers and quarter zips! Online orders are going to be accepted from Wednesday March 4 until after March Break - so don’t wait Crossley - Come by the store to see what size and colour you want to order!

A huge congratulations to the jr girls’ volleyball team on defeating St. Francis and Hamilton Christian to become SOSSA champions! They have had an amazing season. The Girls played with heart, showed amazing sportsmanship and humility as They finished their season with an impressive record of 10-0. Their positive attitude on and off court led them to be true competitors and showed how proud they are to be a cyclone. We would like to thank students, teachers and administration for coming to show their support and for cheering us on! The energy in the building was electrifying! We can’t wait for next year!
Boys trying out for the soccer team are reminded that grade 9 and 10 boys will be in the main gym Wednesday and Friday morning from 6:30 to 7:45. Grade 11 and 12 boys will tryout on Thursday this week and Tuesday of next week at that same time. See Mr. Edwards for more details. Shin pads and proper indoor shoes are mandatory.
A reminder to all novice rowers that there is practice tonight after school. Experienced rowers have the regular Tuesday practice at the tank from 3-5pm. Consistency and Communication are the Cornerstones to Crossley Champions. Go blue and gold!
