Attention Co-op students. Anyone interested in the Military Co-op program please come to the lecture hall this Friday at 9am. This is important to attend if you plan to take it 2nd semester. Please see Mr. Marquis if you have any questions.

SPORTS  

There is a senior boys volleyball practice today after school.  

Cross Country has Fun night planned for practice today after school. We are looking for 1 more grade 9 boy to complete the team but 2 would be better. We will still take any new comers to help all of the teams. See you today after school.

The Learn to Row program provides a unique opportunity for any Crossley student to come out and try the sport of rowing which is one of Crossley’s biggest teams with a long tradition of fun and fitness. The Learn to Row program runs on Saturdays and Sundays at 9am or 11am at the Welland Community boathouse in Welland on the canal. If you missed the opening weekend last weekend no problem, you are more than welcomed to come this weekend. Note that the program only runs on Sunday this week due to a regatta taking place on Saturday. If you need more info, Please stop in to see the rock n’ row man Mr. Ruscitti in Room 206. Anytime. You never know unless you go! Go blue and gold.


ARTS

Attention all creative peeps who want to fill their lunch with fun, Crochet and Yarn Craft Club is starting Tuesday October 3rd in room 107. Meet in room 107 at lunch with Miss Barnes. No experience necessary.

On Wednesday Oct 4th Art Club meets in room 107. Enjoy a variety of visual art disciplines with Ms. Wilkinson.

Attention all musicians interested in Jazz Band! The Jazz band will be hip and happening in the Music Room at 2:15 on Wednesday, Sept 27th. If you play trumpet, trombone or saxophone, please join us! 

Today is colour wars day! Could period one teachers please count the number of students wearing their grade colour and report it in the Google form linked to staff in the elc staff room email. Grade 9’s can be wearing anything red, grade 10’s in yellow, grade 11’s in green and grade 12’s in blue!
