Day of Significance: Franco- Ontarian Day
Beachwood, I said Beechwood! Beechwood Donuts are coming! Yes they are coming on Thursday September 28th, at lunch. The Sr. The Girls Basketball team will be selling Beechwood Donuts in the front foyer during lunch don’t miss out!
Attention Grade 11 and 12 science and technology students! There is a trip planned to tour both campuses of Niagara College - that’s right! We will be going to the Welland and Niagara On The Lake campuses this Thursday - September 28th. We will leave at 9am and return to Crossley before 2pm. Cost of the trip is $15. Please see Mrs. Varga, Mr. Petro, Mrs. Hutchinson or Ms. Kropac for more information! Permission forms are available from Mrs. Varga in room 1113. Payment will be available through school cash online.
Students who have requested a Guidance appointment are reminded to check their DSBN emails. All appointment requests received as of Friday have been sent an email as to date and time.
Attention all 2024 graduates. Just a reminder that Grad appointments begin next week, Oct 2nd. Several appointment times have already been sent out to those who have completed the grad appointment Google form. Please visit the Grade 12 only, D2L page to request your grad appointment.

Attention all gr 9’s: today is the LAST day to sign up for dodgeball. Sign up sheets are on the white board outside of the big gym. Grab 8 of your closest friends and make a team. The fun starts tomorrow at lunch!
We have a new Business Leadership DECA club for grade 11 and 12 students. For more information, please join us on Wednesday at lunch in Mr. Middleton’s room 209.
The numbers are in! We had our first spirit week last week and we would like to thank all classes and students who participated in our activities! The current standings are: in fourth place with 280 points are the grade 10’s, in third place with 307 points are the grade 11’s, in second place with 389 points are the grade 9’s and in first place (for now!) with 457 points are the grade 12’s! Wednesday September 27 in Rowans Law Day - its a day to honour Rowan Stringer's memory and raise awareness about concussion safety. On this day we wear purple. Thursday September 28 is when we are taking the day for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation - on this day we wear orange. On Monday and Tuesday at lunch - both purple and orange Crossley shirts are available for purchase for $5 cash at the Spirit Store open across from the main office.

Attention Jr Girls Basketball players, that there will be a brief meeting at lunch in Room 309.
Attention Sr. Girls Basketball there is a mandatory meeting in room 103 today at lunch.
There will be a Senior Boys volleyball meeting in the Lecture Hall at Lunch time today.
There will be a Junior Boys volleyball practice today after school in the small gym.
