Today during Period 3 our Grade 9 Geography Recycling Team will be coming to your classrooms to pick up your recycling bins. Please ensure that your ‘blue’ and ‘grey’ bins have been properly sorted, and that your bins are placed outside your classroom or office doors after lunch! Thank-you!
CLUBS
It’s semi ticket time! You heard that right! Semi tickets are going on sale on Monday October 23 until Friday October 27th through school cash online. Semi will be held at club Roma on Thursday Nov 16 from 5:30-9pm. Dinner will be salad, pasta and caramel chocolate ice cream. Once again we will have an awesome Photo centre and DJ to have you dancing the night away! If you have any questions or concerns please see Mrs Varga in room 113 or Ms Ranieri is room 308
All Grade 9 Students are reminded to get their Take Our Kids To Work Day Forms to their PERIOD 1 Teacher as soon as possible.
SPORTS
A reminder to all intramural hockey players that we continue the pre-season skates next week on Monday for the juniors and Thursday for the seniors. Remember that the draft day has changed to Thursday at lunch in the lecture hall, not Friday.
There will be a boys volleyball practice today at lunch in gym c.
Attention Jr Girl basketball players. There will be a brief meeting in room 407 at the beginning of lunch.
Congratulations to the Senior Boys Volleyball for their win over A.N. Myer last night. Way to dig deep and keep on pushing! Huge shout out to the entire team for being energetic when we needed you the most! There will be a practice tonight at 2:30 pm.
Congratulations to the Sr. Girls Basketball team on their win over Thorold Secondary last night. The game was a tough battle as the score went back and forth. Although with only 6 seconds left in the game we were able to score the winning basket. Good effort! I will see all of the Sr. Girls in the front foyer at lunch to clean up the Donut Cyclone mess.
