If you would like a spot on the bus that will be taking students to the event, please look to your D2L classes for a permission form.  Space is limited to the first 46 people.  Permission forms are due to Guidance Nov. 6th.  Special shout out to grade 11s- reduce your stress for next year by starting to do some research this year.  Consider attending the University fair to begin this process.

Grade 11& 12 students are reminded of the importance of visiting post secondary open houses.  There are many this weekend. Mohawk, Niagara, Brock, Guelph, Queens to name a few.  Check your D2L pages again as to date and times.

SPORTS

Your Jr Girls basketball team played last night at West Niagara Secondary. This was the first ever game played at their new school! The cyclones came out fast looking to play spoilers. The girls scored early and often on their way to a big win. This was the last regular season game and the cyclones finished it undefeated! Congrats! The team is reminded of their practice tonight in the small gym.

The Sr. Girls Basketball team travelled to West Niagara for their first ever basketball game in their new gym. The team pressed well to gain the lead and we never looked back winning 49-17. We will now prepare for our Zone finals on Nov. 8, here at Crossley. Come cheer us on! Go Cyclones.
