Day of Significance:
World Aids Day-Designated on December 1st every year since 1988, is an international day dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection and mourning those who have died of the disease.
Rosa Parks Day-This day commemorates the arrest of Rosa Parks in 1955 for defying segregation by refusing to give up her seat on the bus for a white passenger. The incident led to the end of segregation.
Hey Cyclones! We have 342 students playing Clothespin Survivor!! Clothespins are being handed out today during period 3. Game starts on Monday. If you can’t get it at that time because of music or hockey then see Mrs mergl before you leave or before school starts on Monday.
