Today’s News

Hello cyclones! The current numbers from our spirit week are in! The grade 9’s currently have 229 points, Grade 10’s have 143 points, Grade 11’s have 191 points and the grade 12’s have 225 points! Keep up the great school spirit everyone!

Today is socks and sandals day – could teachers please count and record the number of students in your period 1 class using the google form posted to the staffroom. Tomorrow is our funky mask day – A reminder that you must come to school with your covid approved face mask – we are encouraging you to decorate that mask! 

And today is National coaches day – we want to say a big thank you to all of the coaches who dedicate their time and expertise to the sports run as extracurriculars here at Crossley!  

It is PICTURE DAY! You will be called down by class this morning.

If you are taking the late bus home today, please come to the main office at lunch to sign up.

NO LATE BUS FRIDAY!!

CLUBS
Attention to all students attending Robotics club tonight. Please make sure you have signed up for the late bus or have arranged for a ride home for 4:15.

The Oddity Film Society will be recording its first podcast after school today to discuss “Drag Me to …” in room 305. Stop by and chat movies with us. 

Yearbook club members - This is a reminder to take photos of staff and students who are participating in this spirit week! Our next meeting is Thursday at lunch in room 109.

SPORTS
A reminder to all students who are interested in being a part of this year's cheer team that practice is today after school. Please make sure your permission to participate form is submitted. Please meet on the turf after school. DO NOT CHANGE before you go outside.

Attention to the Junior Boys volleyball team, you have an early release today at 1:45pm. Please hurry, get changed here at Crossley and meet in the gym foyer. Please arrange for a ride to pick you up at Crossley after our game for about 5pm, once we return from Port Colbourne.
