Wacky Wednesday is back! Have a look at your ELC staff this morning and if you can guess the theme pop by the main office at lunch to fill out a ballet and a chance to win a prize!

Happy International Pronoun Day Cyclones! To celebrate today, we’ll be sharing some more information about pronouns through a video that will be presented during your first period class. Teachers - you can find the link to the video in your email in the Crossley Staffroom. Please take some time after these announcements to play it for your class.

Reminder Math Help is available today at lunch in the Math department on the third floor

CLUBS
The Oddity Film Society will be recording The Babadook podcast after school today in room 305. 

The Board Game club has a new home in the back room of the library. Stop by at lunch to roll some dice. 

SPORTS
Attention to the junior boys volleyball team, you are being released early today for your game in Niagara falls.  Teachers please release the boys at 1:45pm. Boys, meet in the gym foyer after you have changed. 

Attention all rowers or potential rowers  Today is the last day to complete the online Google form to register your intent tor interest to potentially participate with ELC Rowing this Winter workout season leading up to spring racing.  Whether you are an experienced rower or a newcomer you should complete this form so that all of the appropriate forms will be completed allowing you to join the program.  All are welcome and encouraged a big bold team that will help you be part of a fun, coed community.

Congratulations to the Cross Country team who competed at ZONE yesterday. We had 30 athletes advance to SOSSA next week in Dundas. Please see the PE Whiteboard to see all athletes who advanced to SOSSA. Honourable mentions go to Maxwell M. Jackson S.,  Ryan Z. and Benjamin H. who placed 1, 2, 3 and 4 in their race, Matt K. for his 1st place finish, Lauren F. for her 3rd place finish, Adam K. for his 1st place finish, Nathan F. and Samuel J. for their top 5 finish, and Sarah S. who placed 5th.  Congrats to all runners on the team for giving it their best effort, for their first race ever and to those who ran with nose bleeds, sprained ankles, pulled hamstrings and falls to the ground. Good job for those who advanced to SOSSA and helped Crossley win the overall school title for the 15th year in a row. Your ribbons will be handed out at tomorrow's practice. See you at practice Thursday  

Reminder to the Jr. Girls Basketball team of their game tonight against Centennial. Be sure to go to the big gym right after school. If you have any questions to see Mr. Marquis.
