First period teachers will be distributing mid-term report cards today. A phone message will be sent to all families.
Students with a first period spare can pick up their midterms in the main office.
Reminder if you need to take the late bus please sign up at the main office
CLUBS
This is another reminder about holiday cheer, you should be assigned your family within the next few weeks, until then you can start bringing in generic food donation items, grocery gift cards and other hygiene products. Let’s try and make a difference over the holidays for these families!
A reminder for those students writing the Canadian Senior and Intermediate Mathematics Contest tomorrow, that you will be writing in Room 312 in the morning. Please see Mr. Lew if you have any questions.
SPORTS
Junior and senior girls interested in playing volleyball this season, please attend an information meeting today in the gym at lunch.
In intramural hockey action yesterday, the blue team narrowly defeated the orange team by a score of 5 to 4. Cole B. led the way offensively, while the B. brothers put up a strong defence. The yellow team will face off against the grey team on Thursday at 2:45. Any players who missed the draft, as well as all goalies, please see Mr. Lew at the beginning of lunch in room 312.
Novice rowers meet in the athletic foyer after school at 2.20pm ready to rock n row-l to another workout. Bring indoor and outdoor clothing and no worries if you missed other workouts- no better time to start than the present. Go blue and gold! (PS- did not include the word er-gometer today!)
Congratulations to the Jr Girls Basketball team on their Zone Semi-Final win against Saint Jean Brebeuf!! The girls came out strong and built a quick lead and never looked back. The final score was 47-28. The girls are reminded of their practice tonight after school and of their game tomorrow against Westlane for the Zone championship.
Attention to the Junior boys volleyball team, you have a practice today after school.
