Students who  are not attending Mr. Blanchard’s Trip for P1 & P2, please come to the main office to sign in.

The DSBN is creating an Equity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism Student Alliance which is a leadership opportunity to make positive changes and address discrimination, prejudice and racism. They are looking for student input in the form of a focus group. By participating in the focus group, you will directly contribute to the development of this committee.  Posters have been placed near the Main office, the Guidance office, and the 2nd and 3rd floor middle stairwells. Your teachers also have copies of the posters in their classrooms. Scan the QR code from the posters or go to the school website to follow a link to apply online. See Ms. Ranieri in 309 if you have any questions.

SPORTS

Are you a graduating athlete?  If you are, please come on down to the main office to sign up for the Graduating Athlete Team photo!  It is happening on May 25th at 11:00 am on the Bleachers!  Wear your Crossley gear and get in the PICTURE!!!!!

TRACK & FIELD - Congratulations to the entire Track & Field team for winning SOSSA overall and SOSSA girls team title AND SOSSA boys title. This is an excellent accomplishment for Crossley. The following 16 athletes placed 1st in one or more of their events. Maiya B., Izzy B., Jack B., Alexis C., Keon D., Cherith D., Regan H., Samuel J., Olivia J., Adam K., . Henry K., Lucas N., Noah P., Jackson S. and Ava Y. —make sure you ask them what events!! 

The following athletes are also advancing to OFSAA Regionals next week in their events: Kendra A., Mackenna B., Brandon B. Simon B., Ryan Br., Teaghan B. Alexis C., Kayden G., Hillary H. Kennedy H. Hannah H.,Callie J, Josh L., Lucas M., Max M., Tyler P., Max P., Sarah R., Aakash S., Jinja S., L’Jayah S.s, Cole S., Abby S., Ethan V., Karlyn V., and Ryan Z.. All members of the team advancing MUST get papers from Mrs.Mergl at LUNCH today in room 203 to be returned on TUESDAY after the long weekend. They are also to take a picture of their weekend workouts off the PE board. Please return your singlet to a coach if you are not advancing.

The varsity girls soccer team lost last night to Centennial.  The season had many ups and downs including battling some injuries. This season, Chiara D., Rylee S., and Bella W. scored goals and Lily R. had amazing saves. We want to wish our graduating players all the best. The future is bright in girls soccer! Please return all jerseys to Ms. Di Santo in rm 301. 

The Tennis season that was paused in October resumed yesterday as the Senior team competed at SOSSA.  Congratulations to all of our athletes for persevering through an extended season, weather delays and other obstacles.  We are very proud of you all.  Please wish George M. and Cole B. well as they travel to OFSAA soon as your SOSSA Senior Male Doubles Champs.
