TODAYS NEWS

The grade 12 Business leadership class has partnered with Fonthill Rotary to produce the 2nd annual Family Funfest that will be at Bissell’s campground on Saturday, June 18th. We need lots of volunteers to help run activities such as: the bouncy castle, help riders on to unicorns, assist with the therapy animal centre, face painting, craft area, help youngsters to assemble projects in the Try a Trade area, parking attendants, musician assistance and lots more.  If you would like to earn a significant number of volunteer hours, head to the Student Services page in D2L and look for the announcement with the Google form sign up link.

Attention all graduating students:  Second prom deposits need to be paid next week starting Tuesday June 7th at noon, the link in schools cash online will be open until Friday June 10th. Also, you will need to pick your seating plan by going to the table in the front foyer between Tue June 7th and Friday June 10th. IF you do not choose a seat, one will be chosen for you so if you want to sit with friends make sure you take care of this.  You will also get your invite when you choose your table.

Cyclone day is Monday and we have some important reminders for you: 

• Wear your colour wars colours! Grade 9’s -red, Grade 10 - yellow, Grade 11’s - green, and grade 12’s - blue. 

• Please bring extra snacks and water bottles, bring sunscreen, hats, bug spray and running shoes!

• If you are playing capture the flag - bring a second shirt - grade 9 and 11 students need to wear dark green shirts. Grade 10 and 12 need to wear black shirts. 

• Come ready to have a lot of fun!!!

The New Link Crew Leaders lunch meeting will now be on Tuesday June 7th.  Please meet in the Lecture hall! 

SPORTS

Attention all student athletes, coaches and supporters. The Athletics Banquet will be next Wednesday June 8th from 5 to 7pm here at Crossley. Tickets can be purchased through School Cash Online before Monday morning. 

There will be a full team track and field picture being taken on Tuesday June 7th at the beginning of lunch in the gym. Make sure to wear Crossley attire.

Attention all Badminton team players, there will be a team picture next Wednesday at the beginning of lunch in the large gym. All those in attendance will receive a padded racket cover as a gift from the coaches.

All team uniforms from all teams must be returned to your coaches before the banquet on Wednesday.

Attention boys hockey!  Our long awaited lunch and CHL awards will be next Thursday in the large gym.  Please bring your intramural hockey jerseys. See Mr. Lew or Mr. Blanchard to confirm your attendance.
