Congratulations to the 22 athletes who competed at OFSAA for 3 days at York U this weekend. All athletes had exceptional placing being that they all placed in the top 24 in their event. Here are the top placings. Lucas N. placed 11th in 100m, Hillary H. placed 11th in pole vault, Ethan V. placed 11th in pole vault, Olivia J. placed 11th in pole vault, Brandon B. placed 10th in javelin, Cherith D. placed 8th in pole vault, Alexis C. placed 8th in pole vault, novice boys relay placed 7th with Jackson S., Keon D., Noah P., and Lucas N..  Henry K. placed 6th in pole vault, Matt K. placed 5th in 800m, Izzy B. placed 6th in long jump and 4th in shot put, Samuel J. placed 4th in long jump, Ava Y. won Bronze in javelin, Ryan Z. won Silver in high jump and our gold medal winner in javelin was Jack B.!!

Reminder that there will be a full team, all 60 athletes, track and field picture being taken Tuesday at lunch in the gym. Make sure to wear Crossley attire.

Congratulations to the Crossley rowing team for their success at the Canadian Secondary School Rowing Association Championships this past weekend. Crossley had a total of 16 entries of which 12 medals were earned- 9 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze. Medal winners will be shared tomorrow on the announcements but suffice to say that it was a total team effort to lift the blue and gold back onto the podium at the National Championships. Exceptional effort and some great work by many of the rowers to overcome the challenges of the last two years. Go blue and gold!
