We are excited to welcome all students interested in building leadership and teamwork skills as school wide events that focus bringing school spirit to Crossley are planned! The first student council meeting will be today in room 113 starting at 2:15. Our meetings end by the time the late bus comes. If you have any questions please see Ms Ranieri in room 308 or Mrs Varga in room 113
CLUBS
The Chill Room is open to all students, everyday at lunch, for those looking for a quiet place to relax. Feel free to drop by room 215, anytime at lunch, to use this space.
SPORTS
Cross-Country Running
We had a great first turnout last night after school for Cross-Country Running. We welcome any student interested in getting into shape or maintaining your cardiovascular health. We need runners from all grades and all biological genders. Bring a friend to train with us as well. Coaches are present every day, runners should run 3-4 times a week. Practices are offered every night after school from 2:30-3:45.
Attention all grade 9 and 10 students interested in trying out for the Jr. Boys Volleyball team, your first tryout is tonight after school in the large gym. Please see Mr. Petro in room 406 or Mr. Shannon in room 301 if you have any questions or concerns.
Attention golfers. There will be an important sign-up and information meeting at the beginning of lunch in the main gym. The first try-out is next Tuesday, it is very important that you receive the information package today. See Mr. Blanchard for more information.
Sports lockers and Fitness contracts are being sold today and Friday in the morning and during lunch. Come to the gym foyer to register.
ARTS
Attention all students interested in being part of this year’s Marching Band. There will be a meeting Monday at the beginning of lunch in the music room. Please plan to attend if you want to be part of this musical group. Please see Mrs. Stickney in the music room if you have any question
