A big shout out to all the cyclones who attended semi last night!  It was a great time had by all!

CLUBS

Attention Cyclones! The Squad is returning. What is the Squad you ask? 
The squad is a group of students that help around the school, setting up for things like assemblies, parents night, and other gatherings. We help where needed. The squad also helps with things like sound/lighting and other AV tech around the school.
What are the benefits of joining the squad?

  • Meeting new friends

  •  Pizza lunches

Mr. Belding's Period 2 Green Industries Class
We would like to thank the class for the outstanding centerpieces that you made for Semi Formal yesterday. They looked fantastic!

Robotics/Model Builders/ RC vehicle Club
The robotics/model builders club is returning. If you are interested in robotics, model building or RC vehicles then this club is for you. Please come to an introductory meeting in room 207 (Mr. Lafferty’s room) on Wednesday the 23rd - that’s next wednesday - room 207 at lunch.

There will be a meeting for all those interested in being on the prom committee today at lunch in room 318 see you there.

SPORTS

LAST DAY of INTRAMURAL Badminton, check the board if you are playing in the championship.  Cyclones there is a new Intramural game coming next week starting monday! It is an Individual Basketball Shooting competition. It’ll take place during lunch in the main gym. Sign up sheets are in the gym foyer, Today is the last day to sign up!

Sr. Girls Basketball finished their season yesterday with determination, grit and our ELC fighting attitude, although we lost out to St. Paul. Mr. Smith & Mr. Belding would like to congratulate the team on an amazing season and the disciple in which you played each and every game. We will collect uniforms next week.

Congratulations to the senior boys volleyball team for their SOSSA gold medal yesterday! The boys are now OFSAA bound.  Thank you so much to all of our ELC fans for their spirit and support.
