There will be pizza for sale in the cafeteria this Friday, 2 slices for $3–all proceeds going to the prom committee.  Be sure to get your slices before we run out–bring your coins this friday!

Next week will be the first spirit week of semester 2!
Monday is Jersey Day
Tuesday is Red, White and Pink Day
Wednesday is Class Clone Day - match with everyone in your period 1 class
Thursday is Pajama Day

E.L. Crossley is offering extra homework and assignment help Tuesday and Thursdays. Mr. Yando and Mr. Leone will be working with students in the library afterschool today until 4 pm. This is a great opportunity to get additional support in any of your courses. Everyone is welcome!

Students wishing to have a Guidance appointment to discuss courses for next year must still submit.  An appointment will follow next week to adjust if needed.

If you are a Crossley student who would like to have a timetable here at Crossley for next year, then you know you MUST submit your course requests online by TOMORROW. Please also note that a signed paper copy of your course selections is to be returned Student Services by the same date.  A reminder that the opt out of the eLearning graduation requirement form can also be returned at that same time.

CLUBS

Student council WILL NOT be meeting after school today. We will meet on Friday at lunch. 

Attention Chess-Letes. Tomorrow is the last day to bring Mrs Bhan your chess form for next week’s tournament. You must give Mrs Bhan the form in room 313 before the end of the day tomorrow to go. 

SPORTS  

Reminder to the girl’s hockey team of their game today at the Welland Memorial Arena at 3 pm, please arrive at 2 pm you will be dismissed at 1:40.  See Ms. Yallup if you need a ride asap or if you are unable to attend.

Good luck to the Sr. Boys Basketball team who travel to Eden after school for their game at 3:30. Boys, please see Mr. Petro if you do not have a ride to the game.

Different strokes for different folks. We hope you want to take some strokes with the Crossley Rowing team. Newcomers are welcome to join the novice practice today after school. Meet in the main foyer outside the main gym. Practice begins at 2.15pm and you will be finished in time for the late bus. Fun, fitness and friends. See you soon. Both of the girls volleyball teams play Eden tonight in our gym.  Come out to support the girls in what will undoubtedly be two very exciting games. There will be a mandatory lunch meeting today at lunch for the junior girls volleyball team in room 306.
