International Day of Families: This day provides an opportunity to promote awareness of issues relating to families and to increase the knowledge of the social, economic and demographic processes affecting families
Are you interested in travelling to Costa Rica next March Break? There is a presentation of the trip on Thursday May 18th at 6:45pm in the Lecture hall. Make sure you and a parent are registered for the session.
Cylcone Day permission forms are due this Thurs. May 18. Bring them to your period 1 teacher.
SPORTS
Attention all Graduating Athletes and Team Coaches. On May 23rd we will be taking our annual group picture at the beginning of lunch outside at the bleachers weather permitting. Please bring your Crossley wear. There will also be a coaches picture this year, we hope all of you will attend. The Athletic Banquet is also scheduled for June 13th, tickets will be on sale starting next week.
The girls softball team will practice on Tuesday after school at Harold Black Park. If you are unable to attend you must speak to Mr. Belding or Mr. Smith.
Reminder to track and field athletes of their ZONE competition tomorrow. Check the Phys Ed board for important information. Arrival time, bib numbers, events combined together and changes of times of track events are all posted. If you ordered clothing it will be handed out today. See you at practice.
Come out to support the girls soccer team as they take on Eden tonight at home. Game starts at 3:00pm. Go Cyclones!
The lacrosse practice is moved to wed due to soccer game. Be at Governor Simcoe tomorrow for 10 am. See Ms. Yallup if you need a ride
Good luck to the varsity boys baseball team who will play their round robin games as part of the zone 3 playoffs this afternoon. Boys, you are reminded that we are meeting out of the gym at the start of lunch.
