Are you interested in travelling to Costa Rica next March Break? There is a presentation of the trip on Thursday May 18th at 6:45pm in the Lecture hall. Make sure you and a parent are registered for the session.

Attention to all grade 11 students. If you are interested in a 4 period coop next year related to all the trades associated with building a home, then you need to make an appointment with Guidance ASAP to put in an application for next year’s Home Build. This is an extremely competitive program with limited spots for all DSBN high school students. Do not delay - make an appointment today for more information.
For students who would like to explore landscape, horticulture and hydroponics through a full day experience, please make an appointment with Guidance asap to apply for the Dig it program next year. Spots are limited and shared with other DSBN highschool students as well.

Attention all yearbook members! We are going to have a mini productivity party after school tomorrow until 4, for anyone who can come! Again, that is an optional productivity party tomorrow for anyone who can make it! Please see Ms White with any questions!
The Oddity Film Society will be viewing a movie after school today. Come check it out.
SPORTS
Attention all graduating student athletes! If you would like a printed picture in a frame at the Athletic Banquet on June 13th, it is important that you are at the outdoor bleachers for the annual group picture on May 23rd. Please bring your Crossley wear. Banquet tickets will go on sale starting early next week.
Yesterday the girls soccer team had a great 5-0 win over Eden and a fantastic team effort. Rylee S. got her first hat trick of the season, Emma R., and Scarlett S. also scored. Lily R. and Ava T. with the shut out. A reminder no practice tonight, but there’s a team meeting in 306 tomorrow at lunch.
The varsity boys baseball team competed in the zone 3 playoffs round robin yesterday afternoon at Welland Stadium. The boys started out the day with a highly competitive game against Welland Centennial. After several lead changes, the boys fell behind and despite a late rally, were unable to complete the comeback. The boys kept the heads high heading into the second game of the double header, defeating Saint Jean de Brebeuf 7-3 to secure a spot in the Zone 3 semifinals on Thursday morning against AN Myer.
