The Oddity Film Society will be watching its first movie of the year tomorrow. It’s the award winning and tasty flick The Menu directed by Mark Mylod. Viewings take place after school on Thursdays in room 305.,
Robotics/Model Builders Club - For anyone interested in Robotics, Building plastic models or RC vehicles, please come to a short informational meeting in room 210, tomorrow at lunch. If you can’t make the meeting, see Mr. Lafferty in room 207. More information about the club will be provided at the meeting. See you there.
SPORTS
Congratulations to the senior boys volleyball team who defeated Westlane last night. The boys played at home, and won in three straight sets. Come out and support your boys on Thursday here at Crossley while they take on Brebeuf.
The Sr. Girls opened up their season last night against Blessed Trinity in the BPSN Basketball Tournament. We started slowly but found some momentum in the 2nd quarter making it an exciting game. In the end fatigue and foul trouble caught up with us, losing 48 to 38. We play again tonight at 4:30 against St. Mikes at Sir Winston Churchill. Come cheer on our Cyclones.
The Sr. Girls Basketball team will be selling Buy-in tickets for our Home Game on Wednesday October 11, 2023 for period 4. Tickets will be $3. You can find the sale table in the Cafeteria.
Attention all boys hockey players. Do you think you can pull off filthy dangle around Mr. Lew? Do you want to watch Mr. Marquis pull off the Michigan? Then you might be interested in joining the Crossley Intramural Hockey League. There will be an important information session Thursday at Lunch in the Lecture Hall (next to the Library) where we will hand out the permission forms. All grades and skill levels are welcome.
