The Jr Girls basketball team took on their Rivals, the Centennial Cougars. It was a fiesty and physical game with both teams racking up the fouls. Our girls took the early pushing it to a 12 point lead at half. The second half was even scrappier than the first and Centennial closed the gap to 4 points. Finally the Cyclones had the last laugh and persevered to a 41-30 victory to remain undefeated on the season. Girls are reminded of their practice today after school.
Congratulations to the Sr. Girls Basketball team for their excellent play in our game against Welland Centennial last night. The team continues to work on communication and team play as we won 60-30. Reminder that we play West Niagara on Wednesday at 4:30. Go Cyclones!!
