After only 2 days of signing up for Clothespin survivor it is a very close race of the most signed up in a GRADE. Grade 11s have 26 signed up, Grade 9s - 27, Grade 12s have 32 signed up and Grade 10s have 35 people signed up so far to play Clothespin Survivor. We have 2 more days this week to sign up during lunch or find Mrs Mergl to sign up..
CLUBS
E.L.Crossley is offering additional homework help every Tuesday and Thursday in the library from 2:30-4:00 pm. Come visit Mr. Yando and Ms. Barnes after school tomorrow and get some work done! Hope to see you there.
The DECA business leadership club will be enjoying some chips and meeting today at lunch in room 209. We will also take a group picture for the yearbook.
There will be a meeting on Tomorrow at lunch in room 318 for all grade twelves interested in planning prom.

Attention Cyclones! Your JR Girls basketball team was competing yesterday at the SOSSA Championship in Hamilton. First up was Eden in the semi-final game. The girls got in early foul trouble and that allowed Eden to hang around. It was a small lead at half before our team grabbed hold of the moment and took the game over. We went on a 10-0 run to start the half and won by a final score of 35-16. On to the championship game, we played Westdale Secondary. The game was very tight to start with, both teams making buckets early. Our girls were determined to keep our undefeated season alive, going on a tear to end the half. The game finished with us winning 55-44. The JR girls basketball team finished the season undefeated with a perfect 16-0 record and are your SOSSA Champions!! Congratulations Girls.
Good morning from Crossley Athletics! Congratulations to all our fall teams for a very successful season. Good luck to the SR Girls Basketball team as they are leaving today for OFSAA. That now means we are going to quickly start with the winter teams. JR Girls Volleyball will have an OPEN GYM today after school and the JR Boys Basketball will start their tryouts tomorrow after school. A tryout schedule is posted in the gym foyer under the TV.
