Clothespin survivor has started today! I’m sorry if some of you have already been pinned before 1st period. Remember to bring the pins to Mrs Mergl in the big gym if you eliminated someone. You have until Friday to pin your first target or you will be eliminated for next week. Any questions see MrsMergl.
Thank you to everyone in the school who donated to the charity for Woman’s place. We are still accepting donations. A representative from Birchway Niagara (woman’s place) will be present today with information for you during lunch. We will have an Interact machine for donations. Our final total collected will be announced at the Assembly on Dec 22nd.

SPORTS
Good luck to the Sr. Boys Basketball team who kick off their season this afternoon in the 60th annual Standard Basketball Tournament. The boys will be travelling to Thorold Secondary School to take on the 4th seed, West Niagara. Teachers, please release members of the team at 1:30 pm. Boys, please make sure you bring your forms to Mr. Petro today at lunch.
Attention members of the Junior Boys Volleyball team. Still interested in getting personalized hoodies from this season? Please see Mr. Shannon for a very brief meeting at the beginning of lunch today in room 301 for more information and to check out some samples.
A reminder to the intramural hockey league that the Green team plays the Yellow team today and the Blue team takes on the Orange team on Thursday. After 5 weeks the Orange team leads, followed closely by the Yellow team, then the Green team and the Blue team.
All rowers are reminded that practices continue this week for the experienced and novice rowers. Novice rowers are out Tuesday and Thursday after school. Fun, fitness and friendships. Novices will have the opportunity this week to attend the Indoor Rowing tank- an oarsome opportunity. Go blue and gold!
