Today during Period 4 our Grade 9 Geography Recycling Team will be coming to your classrooms to pick up your recycling bins. Please ensure that your ‘blue’ and ‘grey’ bins have been properly sorted, and that your bins are placed outside your classroom or office doors after period 3 today. Thank you!

The only way to reserve your ticket is to purchase it. This trip will be open to other drama classes on Monday - this is your last call - after that it will be first come, first served. A reminder to the Intramural Hockey League. Semi-Finals are next week with the Blue team facing the Orange team on Monday, and the Green Team facing the Yellow Team on Thursday.

Congratulations to the jr girls volleyball team on becoming zone champions by defeating Myer 3-1. It was a very exciting game. Thank you to all the fans in the stands who came out to cheer on the team. The girls will play for the SOSSA title on Tuesday. Practice tonight right after school. Way to go lady cyclones!
Yesterday at Blessed Trinity in Grimsby was the Wrestling Sossa Championships. Crossley wrestlers came away with a haul of 3 first place finishes and qualified for OFSAA in 2 weeks. Congratulations to our wrestlers. Great day yesterday and good luck at OFSAA!
With yesterday’s volleyball finals, this concludes both basketball and volleyball seasons for home games for another year. Many contributors to the Athletic Council make things happen in the background during these matches. Thank you to all who helped with scorekeeping, set-up and take-downs and overall keeping the very successful sports juggernaut going for another year. You are recognized as not only participants but contributors to the overall success of Crossley Athletics. Good luck to the Senior Girls and Boys and Basketball teams competing at SOSSA this morning!
