The Working at Heights has been canceled for today.
Today is Jersey Day! Could Period 1 teachers please count and record the number of students, by grade, who are wearing a jersey! A reminder that tomorrow is colour wars day and thursday is Adam Sandler day! Any students on period 1 spare are welcome to see Mrs. Varga in room 113 during period 1 to be included in grade totals for the spirit week!

Grade 12 students are reminded to fill out the Grad Award Profile that is posted in the Grade 12 D2L in order to be considered for Crossley awards and scholarships.
During much of the months of March and into April, many members of the Muslim community will be participating in fasting for Ramadan. If you are fasting and prefer to be in a space where there will be no eating, please join us in room 310 during the lunch break all during Ramadan. This will be a food free space open to anyone.
CLUBS
The Mock Trial team will have lunchtime meetings this week, on Wednesday and Thursday in Mrs Barber’s room, instead of meeting after school. This change will be for this week only.
Homework Help is back! Come visit Mr. Yando and Ms. DeSimone in the library after school today from 2:30 to 4pm.

Crochet club is still happening! Join us today, and every Tuesday, at lunch in room 313. No crochet experience necessary!
A reminder to all students traveling to the Shaw Festival on May 31st for an adventurous full day trip- please submit your green form to Ms. Benson. Any students wishing to see The Secret Garden / engage in a backstage tour and fun workshop - should see Ms. Benson for a form - there are 15 seats left! Seat sales will close soon! Tickets are $55. What a great way to put the STEAM back in STEM!
SPORTS
Attention all girls softball players: Our first practice tonight has been CANCELED due to the forecast. Please listen to announcements for the new date of our first practice which will be next week.
Track & Field is practicing everyday after school this week. Meet in the big gym today at 2:20pm. All events are practicing today. Tomorrow will be an outdoor practice so dress appropriately.
Rowing is growing. With almost 70 athletes in the school getting on the water soon, there is still an opportunity for you to come out and try this truly Canadiana sport and one of our top Olympic medal producers. There is a spring Learn to Row program run through the club that allows anyone of any level and any age new to the sport to come out and try it. For more details or answers to any of your questions, see Mr. Ruscitti in Room 206 anytime this week shortly after the start of lunch (11.00am). You never know unless you go. Go blue and gold!
