DAYS OF SIGNIFICANCE:
Pesach/Passover (April 23-30)-Jewish people recall the liberation of their ancestors from slavery in ancient Egypt. It begins with a ritual meal, “Seder”, where no leavened bread is consumed and is celebrated with prayers and symbolic foods. Observance begins at sunset of the previous day. (Judaism)
