DAY OF SIGNIFICANCE:

Let’s talk mental health! “How to Start the Conversation”

Asking for help or knowing what to say can be challenging, but it's an important step towards finding solutions and support. Using phrases like “I’ve been feeling not myself lately, can I get your help?” or “I don’t know if you can help me, but I’m hoping you can help me find someone who can,” might make the process feel a bit easier.

Reaching out doesn't have to be face-to-face; written communication can also be a great way to start the conversation. It's important to remember that everyone needs help at some point, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with seeking it out.
