Let’s talk mental health! “Where to seek help?”

Today is the final day of Mental Health Week. Let’s remember that everyone has mental health and it is important to take care of yours! There are community services you can call, text, or go to for help when you're experiencing a tough time. A couple of these places are Kids Help Phone and Pathstone’s Walk-In Clinics.

Remember, it's normal to have ups and downs with your mental health, and getting help is a great way to feel better!
