Attention to all students who are interested in learning more as to the process for becoming an apprentice. Today is your day. Several community partners are here this morning for you to learn more about the construction trades. To help make your visit through the Techfest meaningful, please consider the assignment posted in the Student Services D2L class. This assignment will help to outline the pathways for becoming a tradesperson, and provide you questions to consider asking our community partners.
A big thank you goes out to all of our community partners here today for our 3rd Annual Techfest. Several guests have brought SWAG that students can win. How do you get a chance to win SWAG? Be sure to complete the Google Scavenger hunt posted in the Student Services D2L class or by scanning the QR code found at each booth.
Honour Roll:
The list of Honour Roll students is about to be completed. Please check the three lists posted on the board outside of Student Services.
Please be sure you are looking at the proper list! It is the grade you were in last year!
If your name is not listed but you believe you should be included, please see Mrs. Gordon in the Student Services office as soon as possible.
CLUBS
Have you ever heard of the Math fraternity? They were called the Alge-Bros. Math Contest Writers- The Waterloo Intermediate and Senior Math contest is next week on November 13th. We will be meeting in Mr Bhan’s Room 314 TODAY to practice getting ready for it!
The Wellness Club will be meeting today at lunch in the back of Student Services.

Are you a skater, and familiar with the ice? Come out and give ringette a try. There will be a meeting today at lunch for any girls interested in playing in a one day tournament for ringette in room 318.
