Attention all Learn to Row participants and anyone interested in Crossley Rowing. Today is the first day of the indoor training sessions- fun, fitness and friends- which helps you prepare for the spring on water rowing and racing season. We will meet after school in the foyer outside of the main gym and then proceed from there. Wear your workout clothes including some layers and leggings so you can head outside for a bit. Gym space is at a premium so we will make use of indoor and outdoor activities. All newcomers are welcome. Get ready to rock n’ ROW- go blue and gold!
