Awesome effort last week by the Crossley rowing novices- super attitudes and super attendance; cornerstones of success. Practices continue this week on the usual Tuesday and Thursday circuit. The Sr. boys basketball team kicked off their season Monday afternoon at Eden in front of a packed Flyer gym as part of the opening round of the 61st Annual Standard Basketball Tournament. Despite the lack of experience and early push from the veteran Flyer squad, the boys kept their composure, keeping Eden within range heading into the second half. In the end, the size and shot making was too much for the Cyclones to overcome. They will look to rebound tonight against Dennis Morris at Dennis Morris at 6:00 pm. Come out and support our Cyclones!
