Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. We are always squeezing the lemon in Crossley Rowing to see how much more “juice” we can get out of the “fruits” of our labour. That is what it is all about- consistent training to help you be the best you can be on and off the water. And easy peasy it is- simply head to practice after school and join the other novices and experienced athletes for some fun, fitness and friends as we all work towards the next big event- the Ontario Indoor Rowing Championships on Saturday, March 1st at Ridley. Novices are reminded that 12 practices (3x/week) minimum is required to participate with the team in the 2000m event at Ridley and proudly wear the blue and gold. Workout areas are open for business daily after school and even on the weekend to help you to prepare. You can do this. You got this. Go blue and gold!
