A reminder to all rowers that the final swim test opportunity is this Thursday, March 20th at 6:30pm at the Kiwanis pool in St. Catharines. Quick and easy, no stress peasy it is essential that you complete this DSBN mandated requirement ahead of going on the water. See Mr. Ruscitti if you have any questions. Novice rowers are doing an excellent job as we near the end of winter training and ready ourselves for rock n’ row water time. Keep it going. Minimum 3x/week and come out for any extra or catch up rows any day of the week. Keep it going. Go blue and gold!
