The Wellness Club will be meeting on Thursday at lunch in Room 209. We are changing our regular meeting location due to the Tech Fest. We plan fun activities focused on mental health and well-being, including Therapy Dog visits and our annual Wellness Fair.

The Oddity Film Society will be viewing William Peter Blatty’s classic cardiovascular workout movie The Exorcist after school today in room 305. Come check it out and feel the burn.

Table sign ups for Semi Formal will start on Monday in the front foyer. Talk with your friends and make groups of between 2 and 10 people that you want to sit with at semi. If you have a group bigger than 10, don’t worry, make multiple tables and you can request to have tables near each other. If you have less than 10, that’s okay too! If there aren't 10 people at your table or you don’t have a group, we will match you up with others from your grade!

SPORTS

The Senior Girls Basketball team traveled to Welland Centennial last night to face a formidable opponent. From the opening tip-off, the Cyclones brought intensity and determination, setting the tone with strong defensive play and relentless effort on offense.

The game was a nail-biter, with momentum swinging back and forth throughout. In a dramatic overtime finish, the Cyclones emerged victorious with a final score of 41-39.

Outstanding effort, ladies! Your teamwork and resilience truly shone through. See you all at practice on Thursday!
