SPORTS
Welcome all newcomers to Crossley Rowing. Any student in grade 9, or any grade, that is interested in giving the sport of rowing a try, is invited to join the team in its first indoor training session next Tuesday, Nov 11th, after school. Training will involve a gradual buildup of fitness and technique. It does not matter if you did the Learn to Row program this fall or if you have never tried the sport before, this is your chance to try something new and unique. Practices for the novices (newcomers to the sport) will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, here at the school, from 2:15-4pm. No problem if you do other sports or clubs, we juggle all the time. If you have any questions, or need additional info, see Mr. Ruscitti in Room 206 or send him an email. Fun, fitness and friends. Go blue and gold!
