Rowing:
Attention to all newcomers to Crossley Rowing. Crossley rowing runs a winter indoor training program designed to prepare athletes for the spring, on-water rowing and racing season. The winter training program will offer you the opportunity to improve your fitness, strength, and rowing technique, while at the same time having fun and making new friends. All students in any grade are welcome to join this program. It does not matter if you have ever taken a single rowing stroke before. Practices are on Tuesday and Thursday after school from 2:15-4pm. It is flexible, allowing you to do other teams and clubs, and well-run by seasoned coaches. It is a great opportunity to try this unique sport with one of Crossley’s biggest co-ed teams. Join the fun. See you there today- meet in the athletic foyer outside of the main gym and wear workout clothes. If you have any questions please see Mr. Ruscitti in Room 206 or email him.
