SPORTS
This Saturday, 43 athletes from the rowing team competed at the Rudern Krieg (Rowing Wars) regatta at West Niagara Secondary School. Many athletes walked away with personal best times, displaying their hard training over the winter.
Top 3 finishers in each event were awarded T-shirts.
Third place - Alexia S, Claire L. And Aaron J.
Second place - Will H, Seth B, Michael B, Kailyn W, Amelia P, Will L, Cam J and Hunter G
3 athletes came out on top with first place finishes. Hayden K, Chloe B and Will B.
Thank you to the coaches and coxies Pepper W and Avery C for helping the day run smoothly.
Up next, the rowing team will participate at the Ontario Indoor Rowing Championships at Ridley College.
