SPORTS
Track and Field practices will start next week after school in the small gym. Sign up using the QR code in the gym foyer by the water fountain. If you have any questions see Mr. Lew in room 312.
Our first lacrosse tryout is today after school, you will need a helmet (hockey or lacrosse), gloves and a stick. See you on the field after school.
Reminder: Girls Varsity Soccer will have the field Thursday (today) and Friday this week. Be sure to dress for the weather! See you on the pitch today! See Ms. Di Santo or Ms. Wilson if you are unable to make it.
Varsity baseball tryout sign-ups are now posted outside the gym. If you're interested in playing this season, make sure to get your name on the list as soon as possible. Get your gear ready and stay tuned—tryout dates will be announced soon. If you have any questions, see Mr. Sanford.
Rowing:
Rowing season is soon upon us. With a new club situated on the wonderful Welland Waterway comes exciting new opportunities this spring, one of which is a Spring Learn to Row program. Traditionally this is only offered in the Fall but this year we are also able to offer it in the spring. A great chance to try out this unique Crossley sport with a lot of flexibility that allows you to choose your weeknight training days and come as often or as little as your schedule allows. Open to all grades. Sign up sheets with a QR code for sign up will be posted around the school this afternoon. The program runs early April and May. You never know unless you go. A great chance to give it a try. Go blue and gold!
All current team members are reminded of the total team workout today as well as the swim test tonight for anyone who missed the first swim test.
