Welcome to our spirit week Cyclones! Today is Band/Concert shirt day. Could all period 1 teachers go to the email sent this morning to please record the number of students by grade who are wearing a shirt to support a musical artist or group. A reminder that tomorrow and Thursday there will be games to play in the foyer (for prizes!). Wednesday is grade colours day and Friday is PJ day!

Hey Cyclones! The Health Science Society is thrilled to invite you to McMaster's Med Student Q&A Panel happening at lunch on April 24th in Room 405! This is an amazing chance to learn what medical school is really like and ask questions directly to current med students. Attention Senior Boys Soccer players. Please go to room 301 at the beginning of lunch for a quick meeting ahead of today’s game against Westlane.
Attention all Track and Field athletes. Singlets and spikes will be handed out at Wednesday’s practice, make sure you are there. A reminder that the first meet is next Wednesday at Centennial. Make sure you are keeping up with your practices. All relay runners should be attending practices this week to work on handoffs.
