Good morning Link Crew Leaders! In preparation for our first event this Thursday, there will be a short meeting at the beginning of lunch tomorrow (Wednesday) in the lecture hall. Be there for a chance to win a prize!
Hey Cyclones! Want to make a real difference locally and globally? Join our Interact Club, backed by Fonthill’s Rotary, it plans fun events, raises awareness, and funds causes that matter. Our first meeting of the year is this Wednesday at lunch in Room 213. Everyone is welcome, and bring a friend!
Are you interested in planning school wide events, making new friends, earning volunteer hours and developing leadership skills? Then join Students Council! We have an open door policy, meaning everyone is welcome to attend our meetings on Wednesdays after school. We also have executive positions available and nomination forms for those positions will be available starting tomorrow. This is a reminder that tryouts for the varsity baseball team will continue Tuesday and Thursday this week at Centennial Park in Fenwick. Please see Mr. Petro in room 406 if you have any questions or cannot attend.
Crossley rowing is growing! Excellent turnout to the open house and Try Row day this past Saturday. Registration is open all week for the Fall Learn to Row program which will officially begin this Saturday, April 19th at either the 9am or 11am shift- your choice. Simply go online to the webpage at niagaracommunityrowing.com. If you missed the free Try Row day on Saturday and your chance to try the actual rowing on the Welland waters at the club, you are encouraged to come down either Tuesday or Thursday this week at 5:30pm where there will be free Try Row sessions again. Open to any and all students in any grade. You never know unless you go. Fun, fitness and friends- new and old! Go blue and gold. For further information, see Ms. Yallup in Room 318.
